Smaller orders will be dispatch within one business day. 

For individual orders couriers may vary depending on what type of products have been ordered. For smaller orders we use Royal Mail and Parcel Force Tracked 48. 

For larger orders we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of order on a 3-5 day delivery service (a mixed pallet of 50 cases). Smaller orders can be supplied at extra cost on a next day parcel carrier service if required.

RETURN'S

We have a 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with any of the products you have ordered you will be eligible to return to us within that time as from the delivery date. The products must be un-used and in its original packaging. Any opened or used products can not be returned. 

If any products become damaged in transit or the wrong items have been delivered, please contact us immediately. 

If products are damaged and unusable a refund will be issued, we do require pictures to be sent to our email address sales@keybusinesssupplies.co.uk with you order reference and delivery details.
